[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Really Sad News for Alexandria Radio Club

Sadly, Roy Wright (K4AXQ) has passed; he was a longtime member of Alexandria
Radio Club.  His passing was a shock to all of us, including his family; Roy
was fully engaged in ARC and looking forward to his future ham radio
activities.   Roy was indeed very special to our Club.  He energetically
served as our longtime webmaster, our Public Information Officer (PIO), and
as a Club leader.  It is too soon to know details about the exact cause of
Roy's passing; although it was unexpected, he did have some health issues.
We will be assisting Roy's family in the coming days as appropriate; and we
hope to learn more.
