Forwarded is a reference document that may be used to measure readiness
capabilities of radio operators to use Winlink during emergencies or
disasters. The list of tutorial references at the end of the document could
be especially helpful in finding additional information.

Subject: [SEC-ARES] FW: Winlink for Fall Red Cross Drill

Hello,

In getting plans together for the November 14th Red Cross drill the planning
committee came up with an idea on Winlink readiness. This in no way is meant
to be a requirement but a teaching aid on Winlink training. Many operators
are well beyond this basic level. Please take a look and we invite feedback.

Thanks
