The Arlington Amateur Radio Club (AARC) and Alexandria Radio Club 
(ARC) are invited to join the Pentagon Amateur Radio Club (PARC) for 
their monthly meeting via the Zoom video conferencing system.


The meeting will include a briefing on the White Alice Communications 
System (WACS) which used parabolic tropospheric scatter antennas to 
provide Department of Defense command and control communications 
links during the Cold War.
