[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] antenna

Hi all,
Can anyone point me to the code, restrictions, or necessary governmental
procedures for erecting a rooftop antenna in the City of Alexandria? I have
done searches through the codes and came up with a spinning beachball. I
got two hits with just a general site search that got me to a couple of
forms, but I think they are for Historical Districts.
Warwick Village is where I am located. There are no covenants in the
neighborhood. Lots are small, so basically looking to erect a pretty tall
vertical antenna on the roof.
Any help would be appreciated.
