[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Virginia QSO Party Starting - March 21-22

With so many things that have been happening, this is a reminder that the
Virginia QSO Party takes place today, it is just starting right now. This is
also a reminder that the Alexandria Radio Club is featured on the contest
award certificate this year, attached.  It takes only one reported contact
to get this certificate.  The contest runs from  Saturday 10 AM - 12
Midnight and Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM Virginia local time.  Good luck in the
contest.
