[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] repeater frequency accuracy

In times past we've heard complaints about our repeaters being off
frequency.  They're not - they're pretty accurate.  My Icom IC-9700 uses a
GPSDO 10 MHz reference to keep it within a few Hertz and it has a nice
spectrum scope with a user-selectable span.  Here are the results for the
outputs of some of the W4HFH repeaters:

147.315 MHz FM - pretty much spot on
145.380 MHz DV - pretty much spot on
444.600 MHz FM - 1.5 kHz low
442.060 MHz DV - pretty much spot on
1282.600 MHz FM - 3.0 kHz high
1284.600 MHz DV - 1.3 kHz low
