[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] back on the internet!

We have installed a new Ubiquiti Edgerouter on our DSTAR stack and now our
DSTAR repeater 'should' be back on the internet in a day or two.  The DMR
70cm repeater is on the internet now and all the DMRVA talkgroups are
available, see http://www.dmrva.org/talkgroups/.

DSTAR takes a day or two to propagate the IP address through the K5TIT
trust server.  So continue to use it in the local mode and hopefully soon
gateway services will be available.

Many thanks to KW4UJ for terminating the DSL line on both ends, and to
KI4MWP and K4JK for configuring the Edgerouter for DSTAR access and DMR
tunnelling.
