[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] FW: [VWS] VWS 2-Meter Repeater Relocation

I just programmed the tone and did a check.  I was able to catch Howard,
K0LKD, on his HT on his walk.  This was from Crystal City, just a couple of
blocks south of the Pentagon.  So, it's working great from here.
