Capt. Whatley and Rick,

 

IAH and IMVH have both confirmed the same project date with GE of December
16, 2020. Bryan is onboard with the facility-to-facility communication, and
would also like to include their local EMS & ARES if you could help us
coordinate that. IAH's repair will occur at 1000 and IMVH will occur at
1400. Here are the estimated timelines for both sites as it relates to the
exercise and repair.

 

IAH

*	0800-0900 Command Center Setup & Completion of Monitor Requests by
Units
*	0900-0950 Backup Monitor & Disaster Phone Distribution, and
Communications Test
*	0950-1010 GE system repair (exercise is paused completely) 
*	1010-1100 Resume/complete any remaining portion of the drill, take
down the Command Center, recover equipment
*	1100-1130 Conduct debrief 

 

IMVH

*	1200-1300 Command Center Setup & Completion of Monitor Requests by
Units
*	1300-1350 Backup Monitor & Disaster Phone Distribution, and
Communications Test
*	1350-1410 GE system repair (exercise is paused completely) 
*	1410-1430 Conduct debrief 
*	1430-1530 Take down the Command Center, recover equipment
