[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] ARRL Field Day 2020 (June 27-28) Update

ARRL is taking the approach that local conditions concerning COVID-19 should
govern how Field Day 2020 should be conducted.  This means that the
Alexandria Radio Club has to operate under COVID-19 guidance of the State of
Virginia as well as the City of Alexandria.  Under established local
guidance, during the next month we will be able to plan how our club will
conduct Field Day 2020.  Some creative ideas from ARRL are attached.
