You need to look at your instructions to see how you get that list.  Also check the internet / You-Tube.  I had that problem with my CS-750.  You should have no problem with the Alexandria DMR repeater and it should be in the DMRVA code plug.  Some of these channels are NOT very active.  When you have time,  Let me know what time you can get on the Alexandria DMR repeater and select the Alexandria LOCAL channel and we can see if that works first.  If that fails then we can trouble shoot.
