[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Baofeng UV-5R programming

A club member has reached out for assistance in programming their Baofeng
UV-5R for the MCM this weekend.  I am available to assist with this on
Thursday night at 7:00.  If there is sufficient  interest I will reserve a
library meeting room,  otherwise I will meet at Panera's on Route 1 to
program radios.  I will bring the Chirp MCM programming file and the Chirp
Metro area programming file with my laptop and UV-5R programming cable.
