[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] W4HFH DSTAR Gateway

Our DSTAR gateway and access to the DMR server are definitely down.  No
internet connection.  Might be a bad DSL modem or perhaps a wiring change
at the hospital.  I will investigate further on Friday morning.  In the
meantime, the repeaters automatically fail over to local mode.
