I have a pair of Motorola M1225 Radius mobile radios that need a forever home.
One is a VHF radio that has been programmed with some of the local repeaters and simplex frequencies and the other is a UHF radio that has also been programmed for the local area.
Each has 20 memories.
The VHF is a 50 watt radio.
The UHF is a 40 watt radio.
I have one microphone between them, but replacement microphones are inexpensive from hamfests or a place I have found in Wisconsin that sells Motorola parts very cheaply.
If you plan to use them in a mobile setup, they will need brackets. They are less than $10 each from the same place in Wisconsin.
They can also program the radios for a small fee. I also have a local connection for programming the radios that I will share with anyone who wants the radios.
They have been tested out and work great.
If you are a Motorola aficionado or want to be, let me know.
