That's great Ian. Here in Florida we are a little backword. We do it 
this way:

1. Pick up our VOIP Phone
2. Dial 999-999-9999 (The phone number we want to call)
3. Talk as long as we want.
4. Press the end button when we're finished.

Not as fancy, but the protocol works.
