What's the best way to defend the amateur use of the 2m band from the threat of loss to other services? Use it!

Read this article, it's of interest to any amateur radio operator who depends on the 2m band, even those that only occasionally use the 2m band. Please pick up the microphone on your 2m rig and use it daily. The best way to show the regulating agencies that we need these bands protected for amateur use is to use the band daily. I call out multiple times daily on 4 local 2m repeaters and rarely get a reply. If anyone is monitoring the amateur use of the 2m band I am afraid they will a lot of silence and that's not good if the band might end up on a potential chopping block for reallocation to other services like aeronautical mobile service.
