[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Trouble renewing LoTW certificate

I'm using the password that I currently use, but it keeps telling me 
that it is incorrect. What am I doing wrong?

1st, I submitted it and I got an icon of a red circle with a slash 
through it showing up in TSQL because of my password problem. So, I 
deleted that, but now, I can't get it to accept anything when I try again.

I only have until 8/3 (it expires on 8/4). Any experienced LoTW users 
who can help me troubleshoot, please let me know.
