I agree a trailer would probably be overly optimistic/expensive. Could we get a spot at the bus garage/training center where we could put a lawn shed?.
This should be able to get storage unit for $500.

Another trailer would be good, but they can be expensive.  I was looking at
CONEX boxes.  If we could get the city to let us store one at the Fire
Training Center or at their bus garage, we could get one for about $1500 and
it would not be easily accessed without a key.
