Rick,
Thank you for your assistance in the drill this morning.
I apologize for not responding sooner, but I’ve only now seen this message.
Your team was an integral part of helping the Security team in its function and its performance was stellar!
I look forward to our next encounter.

Mr. Jordan,
I’m the Alexandria Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) coordinator. We have been asked to participate in the APEX 19 drill on Saturday. We are prepared
to support the Hospital as needed, Let us know what you need and we will provide the comms. I can put a station outside in a car or up in the machinery room to connect us with the Airport / Triage and with the other hospitals in the drill, we can also
use the gear in the machinery room to provide communications at key points where you can use additional communications. In the past we have been in the EOC, Emergency Room and at the Clinic to collect data and provide it to your leadership.
If you have any questions or can provide me any direction, please call me
Regards
Rick Bunn

Hi Mr. Jordan,
We'd like to stop by this Saturday and check on some of our antennas on the roof, weather permitting. Is 1:00-1:30 convenient?
Thanks,
Ian Keith

Good morning Mr. Ian,

Mr. Bezabeh,
Two members of the Alexandria Radio Club would like to stop by this Saturday afternoon and replace a component in one of our radio cabinets in your elevator machinery room. Shouldn't
take more than 45 minutes if that's convenient for you.
Have you had a chance to consider whether the retired Yaesu security radio stored in the elevator machinery room is excess to your needs? We'd love to repurpose it to amateur radio
if you no longer need it.
thank you,
Ian Keith

Cyndi,
When we were installing new equipment last month in the elevator machinery room, we noticed a radio that used to be used by your security department but is no longer operational.
If you no longer have any need for this "retired" radio we'd love to reprogram it for amateur radio use. Let us know if it needs a new home - we'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
thanks,
Ian Keith
