Rick,

Attached is a pdf document with information about the upcoming APEX 
19 exercise on Saturday April 27, 2019 at Ronald Reagan Washington 
National Airport.

I would like to invite members of the Alexandria ARES and Alexandria 
Radio Club  (ARC) to participate in the exercise by providing amateur 
radio support at Inova Alexandria Hospital located at 4320 Seminary 
Road Alexandria, VA 22304.

Since your club has a relationship with Inova Alexandria Hospital, I 
ask that your club members support the exercise rather than me 
sending my Arlington ARES operators into your backyard.
