[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] DSTAR and DMR back online

Our DSTAR stack and 70cm DMR repeater are back online. A UPS had tripped
and thus the Astron power supply for the DSTAR stack had no 120VAC.
Because our DSTAR and DMR routers are plugged into the UPS we also lost the
internet functions for DMR, e.g., EchoTest and VAStateWide TG. The Local
27500 TG does not require internet.

I think the UPS is a decade old so it probably needs to be replaced. Even
though we are plugged into "red power" at the hospital it provides surge
protection for the two routers, and keeps the DSTAR server up during the
brief moment that the 120VAC outlet cuts over to the automatic generator.
The DMR repeater has its own PS and is plugged directly into "red power".
