[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Whistler TRX-1

Does anyone with one of these scanners have any idea as to the quickest 
way to program the local frequencies in (and how to group them 
conveniently so that I can scan without wasting time looking for stuff 
out of range)?

Unfortunately, only Whistler's software works with these radios, and 
it's not the best in the world. I still need to sit down for a couple of 
hours with it, maybe watching some instructional videos, to get it where 
I can look for something without having to scan everything in the area.
