[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Net Control Schedule and Announcement

At our last meeting Harry, N4CWP let me know of his intention to step down
from the membership committee, and Richard (whose call I have forgotten,
sorry Richard!) has graciously volunteered to take it up.  So big round of
applause to Richard and a big thank you to Harry for doing a great job
these past years.
