[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] American Red Cross Hails "New Partnership" with ARRL Following Puerto Rico Deployment

The is a "good news" story, hams ready to deploy where needed with the
American Red Cross.  Gary Sessums has prepared a presentation on his ham
deployment to PR, perhaps we could feature him at one of our meetings.  Gary
was one of the 50 selected to go to PR out of over 300 that applied.
