[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] 70cm DMR repeater status

We're getting much closer!  I met James K4JK in Fredericksburg this morning
and he added the network settings to the Motorola XPR8400 repeater.  We
tested it with our HTs in the parking lot of the Texas Roadhouse (nice
place to eat) and all seems in order.  Hopefully we can arrange access to
our site to get it installed by the end of December.  We'll be using the
talkgroups at http://www.dmrva.org/talkgroups/ on 442.4125+ CC1.
