Yes, DMR is growing fast!  Once the '3151xxx' series gets to 999 Virginia
users then it will roll over to '1151xxx' like CA and NC and a couple of
other states.  The CS750 radio (and others) has room for 65,000 unique CCS7
numbers. I think the MARC database is closing in on 59,000 or so.
