As noted in the ARRL article below HR1301 has passed in the House and the
legislation now moves to the Senate.  Your voice is critically needed to
reach out to our Virginia Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine and tell them
we need them to support this bill. Many of us live in deed-restricted
communities and would benefit from this legislation.  However, everyone
would benefit from a stronger ham radio capability to support our
communities in case of emergencies.  Clicking on the link below will take
