[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] The latest on me

All,

    I listened to the net last night, but due to the proximity of some 
monitoring equipment, I didn't transmit. So, be careful what you say. :)

    Here's the long story for anyone who is interested. I was shredding 
some documents and my right hand started to not respond correctly. Then, 
going upstairs, I noticed my right leg wasn't responding correctly 
either. When the right side of my face started going numb, that's when I 
called for help.

    I hope to make it to next month's meeting, if for no other purpose, 
to keep from being elected to something. :)

    It was scary. I may try some HF on the Alex loop downstairs, and 
when I feel up to it, my CrankIR is here, so I need to play with that some.

   Thanks for the good wishes, and hopefully, I'll feel like trying 
Metro in a week or two.
