[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Anyone up for a roadtrip to S. VA this Friday?

With a mention of either club that takes this on in the ARRLor Newsline for
their efforts?

Here is the skinny. Ed Marits is the local Fairfax county animals rescue
person both Wildlife and and dogs/cats. He needs transport of 3 Mastiff
puppies from Ridgeway, VA to Salem, VA Friday.  He asked me as I sit dogs
to ask the HAM community for an assist. Ed normally transports animals and
rescues all over the USA and was there in NC helping dogs after Hurricane
Mathew. His group is called SCARS and he is also with the Pilots N  Paws
folks.

If anyone is interested I have CC'ed him and if you need his ph. number for
times etc. email either me or him. Its for a good cause.
