[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] 13 Colonies special event -- No clean sweep for me this year

I got 6 stations (5 states + the Philadelphia bonus station). The band 
conditions worked against me this year. Only 2 of the contacts were 
phone, the rest were CW.

On the bright side, I did get more CW practice, both sending and receiving.
