[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] WAS arrived today

I got my Worked All States award from the ARRL today. There is no QRP 
endorsement for it, but when the QRP-ARCI club gets its award program 
straightened out, I will get one from them.

Surprisingly, all 50 states were phone contacts. I only have a few 
states in CW mode. I guess I'll be working on that.

Not bad for 5 watts and a wire!
