Mike Ingles from Boy Scout  Troop 162 in Arlington will be running the "on
air" portion of the Radio Merit Badge over W4WVP  145.470 MHz pl 107.2 Hz
this Thursday, the 14th The repeater of the Arlington Amateur Radio Club
should be reachable to many of our club members.

 

So, if we can assist by listening in the listed repeater between 1930 and
2100 and answering calls from a nervous sounding youth, and talking with
them, we might be able to encourage them to not just get the merit badge,
but maybe their license as well.

 

I would appreciate any help you can give to getting the word out.
