[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Presentation by Ed Fong to Alexandria Radio Club, Jan 8th 2016

This note is a reminder of the presentation by Ed Fong to our club this Friday.  From Sunnyvale, CA, Dr. Fong will give a Skype video teleconference presentation on his designs for 2-meter/440 J-pole twin-lead antennas.  His presentation is attached along with two of his J-Pole antenna articles  authored for QST magazine, also attached is one of his antenna patents.  Dr. Fong is a professor at UC  Berkeley and UC Santa Cruz – Silicon Valley. He sells his J-Pole antennas on eBay to fund antenna projects by his graduate students.  Ed lived on Grove Rd in Alexandria back in 1990 and still keeps in contact with friends in this area.
