[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] VAQP cabin operations in Cumberland County

I have a cabin reserved for the weekend of the 2015 Virginia QSO Party. It is cabin 10 at Bear Creek Lake State Park in Cumberland County. There should be enough room in the cabin for 5 people - 2 bunks with 2 beds each, and another bed in a ‘master’ bedroom. However, there are only 2 parking spots available, so carpooling is a must. The cabin opens up at 4 PM Friday the 20th, and it has to be cleaned and vacated by 10 AM Monday the 23rd. As for antennas, there is enough space for at least an 80 meter windom, possibly a 160 meter. I have heard of interest from at least two people wanting to join me. We would use the club call sign for this event.
