[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] 6 meter repeater

During tonight's 6 meter net, several people were having problems hearing each other.

N4ASX and I did some quick troubleshooting before the 2 meter net.  We believe the problem is the PL transmit on the repeater has dropped offline for some reason.  

It has nothing to do with anybody's settings.

You will still need to TRANSMIT the PL tone, but turn off the decode.
