[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Richmond Frostfest

Thanks for the update Rich.   I'll be joining the Frostfest trek too.  I
have an extra seat if anyone wants a ride.  I can receive on 900 on my
V-71, but can't TX, so I'll do my comms with the group through
147.315.   Looks like we will have decent weather!
