[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] 6 meter repeater

The 52.13 MHz repeater is now up and running from its permanent location.  Everybody should be able to work it from most places in the Alexandria area.  

It has a 1 MHz split and a 107.2 Hz tone.  Be sure to try it out and make use of it.
