I sent the invitation e-mails to the Mayor, Vice Mayor, and city 
council. I put the date, but forgot to put the time.

The Mayor's aide responded and said that he may stop by between 12 - 2 
on Saturday to see our Field Day setup.
Hopefully, we will have something operational in time to show him some 
radio if he comes.
