[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] new law in VA

Ian, 

Your post reminded me about one local ham that had a radio and GPS stolen from his car while on vacation.  The police officer (not in VA) taking the report suggested that the radio and the GPS should have been removed when the car was parked overnight.
