[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] LOTW issue

Attention LOTW users,

You've probably heard about the Heartbleed SSL vulnerability that affects
many, many servers that use OpenSSL for encrypting https traffic.
Unfortunately the ARRL is no exception.  The latest version of TQSL uses
OpenSSL version 1.0.1e which is vulnerable.  I recommend you not upload logs
to LOTW until the ARRL updates TQSL to use version 1.0.1g or later.  I
emailed them about the issue but haven't heard a response yet.
