[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] PSR600 Scanner - For a Club Member

I picked this scanner up a couple years ago from a Silent Key's home on Ouray in Del Ray (Please forgive me that I forgot his name).  

 

I was using the scanner for Alexandria & Fairfax, but after the rebanding, have not been able to get setup working again.  I still receive Arlington about the same, and have played around with conventional frequencies, such as the airport & coast guard, which come in fine.

 

I would like to give this for free to another club member that can use it.  If there are no takers, I will sell it and send the proceeds to the club.
