[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] New Ontario Sections

RAC (the 'ARRL' of Canada) recent split the Ontario section into four new
sections, North, East, South, and Greater Toronto.  See

iations. If you use WinEQF as a logging program you need to make changes to
two multiplier tables.  These are SECTIONS.MLT and RAC.MLT located typically
in C:\Win-EQF2\Contest or C:\Win-EQF\Contest depending on which version you
have. To edit these text files, find them with Windows Explorer, right click
on them (one at a time), and select Open with Notepad.  Scroll down to 'ON'
and change it to 'ONE'. Hit the enter key and add 'ONN', then 'ONS', then
'GTA' (no quote marks!). Close the file and save it. Repeat with the other
file.  The spacing between the US sections and the RAC sections in the
SECTIONS.MLT file is important for displaying the needed multipliers in the
View Needed Multipliers mode so don't add or delete lines there.  If you
haven't done this before or it's confusing just email me and I'll send you
the two files. You'll still need to copy them to the appropriate directory
and overwrite the original files.
