[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] radio merit badge class?

Thanks, Rick! I've CC'ed Jeff Price and James Holdener, who I understand
are working to organize the MITRE-sponsored merit badge effort. I'm not
particularly familiar with the merit badge requirements, although this page
seems to imply that it would include small bits and bobs of the standard
Tech information:
