[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Contest logs

The instructions at the link are not clear.  Got an email from Sean KX9X
that we should use 'Alexandria Radio Club' (no quotes). Watch that your
logging program doesn't truncate the entry when creating the Cabrillo file.
You may have to manually edit this field in Notepad prior to emailing your
log.

When submitting your contest logs to the ARRL, please use ALEXRC as the club
affiliation instead of W4HFH.  Some clubs use multiple callsigns or similar
names so active contest clubs have a separate designator.  See
