The national Ham Field Day (FD) starts at 2:00 pm (Eastern time) this Saturday and runs for 24 hours to Sunday at 2:00 pm. Were are holding our club’s FD event in Armistead Booth Park in Alexandria. The park is off S. Pickett St. on Cameron Station Blvd.  We will have plenty of food/drinks for everyone. And, we are setting up 8 operating stations. We need operators, young/old, experienced or not, to operate these stations…contacts around the world are possible. Never done a contest, come out and get some training.  No microphone should be quite. You can operate on phone, CW, and digital on all the FD bands.
