All,
	Reminder.  Lee Center (behind the Nanny J Lee Center (See
attached.).  
	Arrive at Lee Center at 0900 - Will carpool and brief their,
	1000 - Move to Start Finish areas.
	1100 - Meet with Marshalls and Parade organizers and begin working
with them on parade form up.
	1300 - Parade Start
	1500 - Parade End

	Will operate on 146.655 Repeater - Offset, PL 141.3 (Please program
before the parade)
	Dress WARMLY.  

	For those working with the Marshalls,  Mark down ALL changes to the
original order of March and drop it off at the Trailer at the corner of
Royal and Wilkes 
	For those who drive from Lee to the Start Finish area, expect we
will park in the Lyles Crouch School yard.
	For those at the Reviewing Stand,  (Ian, Jack),  I will drop off the
APRS display station.  IF Joe is able to do it he will be the tail end
Charlie for the parade and you will be able to watch his progress. If he
cannot,  I will drive my vehicle and you can track me.  Also will allow me
to pick up gear.
	Most of our work will be at the set up area marked on the
attachment.
