ALCON,

It is about time that the US Postal Service started eliminating under  
used services that are costing it money. I mean really, do we need  
IRCs today? I'd much rather receive a VISA gift card or Paypal payment  
from someone desiring a QSL card from me anyway. IRCs have outlived  
their utility most assuredly as there are far better ways to transfer  
money today than these silly postal coupons. Think about it, what does  
it say that 94 out 330 Million Americans even responded to comment? I  
think it speaks volumes!
