[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Use of 1.2Ghz and FAA new systems

I was reading on radio club websites on the West Coast where some of those 23 cm repeaters have had to move.  Fortunately, there is enough space up there to accomodate a repeater moving.

I have not been able to locate any licenses for radars in our area, yet.  However, I have heard something on our analog repeater output frequency.  It sounds like something sweeping by with a definate pattern to it.  My guess is its a radar, but I can't figure where its coming from.
