The W4HFH 440 repeater is operational again. The troubleshooting performed
today showed the MFJ power supply to be the problem. This 20A supply powers
the LDG voter and Arcom controller, but does not cleanly come up to 12 VDC
when it is cycled on and off. Each time there is a power outage, the voter
and controller may or may not power up properly. I tried a few times and
each time things acted differently.

This MFJ supply is one of the last pieces of ham quality equipment in the
rack and it will be replaced with something more reliable. I have some
commercial quality supplies in the pile of stuff.
