[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Dayton Hamvention activities via D-Star

For those who want to listen in on Dayton D-Star radio traffic, I have
linked our two meter D-Star repeater to Reflector 38 C, which has been
designated as the "official" D-Star activity repeater for Dayton.   For
those who have D-Star capable radios, you should be able to reach members of
the Alexandria Radio Club who have D-Star radios listening on Reflector 38
C.
